Is anyone else anxious to see the new Batman movie, The Dark Knight? I am not usually a Batman fan, but I really want to see this one. First, there's the attraction of getting to look at Christian Bale. Also, I was a fan of Heath Ledger's before he died, and I heard he did an incredible performance!  I am anxious to see the last role this wonderfully talented (and quite nice-looking Wink) actor played. The commercials make it seem to be very well done in a technical sense, as well. What about you?

I just came back from seeing it, and it was awesome! I have never read comic books and didn't really follow the other Batman movies, but I thought it was very well made. The story moved fairly quickly, and while it might help to know some details about Batman, you don't really have to in order to enjoy the movie.

Heath Ledger wasn't in this movie, but I think he was just beautiful to look at...and Christian Bale and Maggie Gyllenhaal aren't bad either (the latter for the guys)! Maggie is pretty in the 'real' sense-meaning, you don't have to spend a lot of money or time in front of the mirror to get her look.  Oh, and, her brother is hot too. Smiley
