The Obama Nation

I like the title of course even though to me Obamanation is better.

The this book with the subtitle “Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality,” nails the to the wall,  what the 2008 election will be all about.

Parts of the book are under intense scrutiny and some already discredited, but  I haven’t read of  one of these incidental  comments  involving the subtitle.

Obama clearly the  most left of  everyone in the senate, even  admitted socialist Bernie Sanders of Vermont (where  I write this).  AND of course the cult of personality was  vividly demonstrated with the  200000  cheering fans in  . . . .Germany.

Obama is caught in a bind.  Should he ignore the book and let the words sink into the public perception of him or should he vigorously  retract the comments that he can, and thereby give the book more publicity.
